Care & Maintenance
- Clean the flush plate with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap solution; wipe dry.
- Avoid abrasive scrubbers, steel wool, and acid- or bleach-based harsh cleaners on the plate and visible fittings.
- Do not use in-tank cleaning tablets or chlorine blocks — they damage seals and valves.
- Flush regularly if the unit is unused for long periods to prevent sediment build-up.
- In hard water areas, have the inlet valve and seals inspected periodically.
- Ensure the inspection/access opening remains reachable for servicing.
- Any internal repair should be carried out only by an authorised service technician using genuine spares.
